Let see here.. Christmas, a trip to Key West, James Brown died, Bro. & President Gerald Ford died (he was a Freemason, as am I), and Saddam was hung. The Dumbcrat hippies have taken over Congress, and Bushy boy wants to send more troops to that hellhole in the Middle East. Gee, a lot of stuff has gone on in the last few weeks.

What’s new? Oh yeah. David Beckham. Never heard of him? He’s the most popular football (or as us Yankees call it - soccer) star on the face of the planet. He’s from England, but will be moving to the US to play soccer for the Los Angeles team. People are wondering if he’ll bring more American fans to the sport. My guess is maybe a few, but not that much. But we’ll see more of him on TV and I bet he’ll become a household name soon. He’s starred in a number of TV commercials already. Here’s a take on the classic Scooby Doo cartoon of yesteryear (an Adidas commercial). And here’ s take on the classic Mean Joe Green and Coca-Cola ad (but its an ad for Pepsi!). Ain’t YouTube great?
