While we strive to be everything for everybody, sometimes people take advantage of us and try to do things that they are not allowed to do. We try very hard not to censor you or deny your "freedom" of speech. However, sometimes we have to lay down some ground rules to let you know what is and what is not allowed. So please bear with us and follow these simple rules if you wish to use our system. Its all we ask. Thanks.
Your CORRECT user information is REQUIRED!
Upon signup, we ask for your user information. It is how we are able to determine who you are, where you live, and what you are desiring from our system. We ask that you please fill out this information truthfully. Why? Because you are a guest on our system. Would you let someone in your house if you didn't know who they were? Neither would we. Hence we ask that you please use your REAL name when signing up, even if you wish to be referred to by your "handle". Also, we ask that you provide a REAL E-mail address. We will NOT spam you! We hate spam too. On rare occasion, we need to contact our users, especially if we're off line for a great amount of time and we want to get the word out. So please do us a favor by letting us know who you really are. Thanks!
ONE account per person!
We strive to make things fair at the Diamond
Mine online. We try to make sure our online games are competitive for others to
play and enjoy. Unfortunately, there are always people who try to cheat and make
things bad for other people. Therefore, we ask that there will be ONLY one
account per person. Our software keeps track where you use our system by your IP
address. If you attempt to make more than one account per IP address, our system
will flag your account. Unless you prove otherwise, we will assume more than
account per IP address are duplicates and therefore fake. We will delete ALL
accounts other than your original account. Further violation of this rule will
be the deletion of all accounts, and your IP address will be banned.
If
you have more than one household member sharing the same IP address, please let
us know via E-mail. We may request scans of your identification (drivers's
license, etc.) to prove this to us. Otherwise, we may delete all other duplicate
accounts and/or ban your IP address.
We apologize for the inconvenience,
but due to abuse, we have to institute this rule.
